Model MT Medium Duty Trolley Operator

For use on standard lift sectional doors up to 14'6" high.

Standard Features:

• 1/2 Hp 115 V 1 Phase intermittent duty motor

• UL and CSA rated for up to 12 cycles per hour

  Model HT and HTL Heavy Duty Trolley Operator

  For use on standard lift sectional doors. The model HTL features allow profile design of only 9 1/2 inches ideal for low headroom applications.

  Standard Features:

• Motor: Continuous-Duty, high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection. Available in 1/3 (249W), 1/2 (373W), 3/4 (560W), and 1 (746W) Hp; single phase capacitor start and three phase motors. Removable without affecting limit switch settings.

• Operator/Motor Control: Solid State Electronics with Micro-processor driven logic and Triac Circuitry motor switching on 115V and 208/230V; single or three phase. Across-the-line type, size "0" contactor motor switching on 460V, 575V and select specialty operators. Mechanically interlocked. (NEMA 1 Enclosure)

• Model HTL Low Profile Design: 9 1/2 inches of total operator profile height.

• Control Circuit 24V NEC class 2

• Drive Reduction: First stage heavy-duty 5L "V" belt (4L "V" belt on Model HTL); second and third stages #48 chain; output on trolley #48 chain.

• Emergency Disconnect: Spring-loaded disconnect for emergency manual operation.

• External Radio Control Terminal: External terminals provide quick, convenient connections for radio controls.

• Friction Clutch: Adjustable friction clutch helps protect against damage to the door and operator should the door meet an obstruction.

  Model J and Model HJ Belt-Drive Jackshaft Operators

  For use on high-lift and vertical lift sectional doors and rolling doors and grilles.

  Standard Features:

• Motor: Continuous-Duty, high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection. Available in 1/3 (249W), 1/2 (373W), 3/4 (560W), and 1 (746W) Hp; single phase capacitor start and three phase motors. Removable without affecting limit switch settings.

• Emergency Manual Operation: Model J provides easy manual operation upon activation of the floor level disconnect, and may be used with an optional Egress release device. Model HJ features an integrated chain hoist wheel offering full manual hoist capability by simply adding optional hand chain.

• Operator/Motor Control: Solid State Electronics with Micro-processor driven logic and Triac Circuitry motor switching on 115V and 208/230V; single or three phase. Across-the-line type, size "0" contactor motor switching on 460V, 575V and select specialty operators. Mechanically interlocked. (NEMA 1 Enclosure)

• Positive Locking Mechanical Brake System: Efficient self-locking mechanical braking system that functions as a holding brake.

• Drive Reduction: First stage heavy-duty 5L "V" belt; second and third stages #48 chain; #50 drive chain.

  Model GJ Gearhead Jackshaft Operator

  For use on high-lift and vertical lift sectional doors and rolling doors and grilles.

  Standard Features:

• Motor: Continuous-Duty, high starting torque, available in 1/2 (373W), 3/4 (560W), and 1 (746W) Hp; single phase capacitor start and three phase motors. Also available in 1-1/2 (119W) and 2 (1493W) Hp three phase.

• Brake: Solenoid-actuated drum type.

• Bearings: Sealed roller bearings in gear reducer.

• Auxiliary Chain Hoist: Reduced drive chain hoist with floor level disconnect for manual operation. Electric interlock for safety.

• Operator/Motor Control: Solid State Electronic with Micro-processor driven logic and Triac Circuitry motor switching on 115V and 208/230V; single or three phase. Across-the-line type, size "0" contactor motor switching on 460V, 575V and select specialty operators. Interlocked mechanically on 1/2 (373W), 3/4 (560W) and 1 (746W) Hp; mechanically and electrically on 1-1/2 (119W) and 2 (1493W) Hp. (NEMA 1 Enclosure)

• Drive Reduction: 40:1 using heavy-duty gears running in oil bath. Cast iron housing. Special "All Climate" synthetic gear oil.
